Joining Our Team: If you are a certified or qualified Spanish, Sign Language, or other language interpreter or translator looking to work with a growing company in Southern California (Long Beach, Los Angeles, Anaheim, Irvine, Riverside, and Surrounding Areas) please feel free to send your resumé to spotoninterpreting@gmail.com. Mention which languages you are certified in or have experience interpreting, along with your rates and if you are qualified we will gladly add you to our list of eligible interpreters.
Earn Extra $$$ With Our Interpreter Referral Program: As an interpreter you can be generously compensated for referring interpreting business to our company. You will be given preference as well as a pay raise any time you are able to cover that assignment. Therefore, if you know of anyone who may need a Sign Language or Spanish interpreter at their place of employment, educational setting, or doctor's office, then feel free to refer them by having them call us or by giving us their contact information. We believe in fairly compensating our interpreters and would much rather pay our advertising dollars to our interpreters instead of to Google (no disrespect, we just think they have enough already ;).
Interpreter Payment Schedules:We do our best to pay all of our interpreters within a week of the date the assignment is completed. We are able to do this by paying interpreters out of our own account and generally do not get reimbursed until up to 45 days later. That being said, if it is a big account we may only be able to send out a partial payment until the billed company's payment has cleared. Again, this is an attempt to make our interpreters happy and we are always looking for ways to improve our relationship with our interpreters, so if you have any suggestions please send them our way.
